In this excellent video, Dietz shares his wisdom and experience in order to help you get the most out of what a hitter has and, using what they already have, mold them into a more constant hitter (versus changing everything that the hitter already does). In this on-field demonstration video, Dietz shows how to recognize the inside pitch, the outside pitch, a fastball, and a change up and how to use this to create a constant swing. Having a constant swing will allow your hitter to use all fields and go with pitches. Also emphasized: teaching players to hit with their hands and proper stride length.
