Hitting Mechanics DVD
Baseball Hitting Video with Coach Jim Dietz: In this instructional hitting DVD you will see a coach that has won over 1200 games in his 31 years of coaching and was known for tremendous statistics in the win/loss column, in his athlete's excellent academics, and for creating numerous opportunities for his players. He was the college coach to many future "big league" hitting sensations, including Tony Gwynn, Mark Grace and Travis Lee. In this excellent video, Dietz shares his wisdom and experience in order to help you get the most out of what a hitter has and, using what they already have, mold them into a more constant hitter (versus changing everything that the hitter already does). In this on-field demonstration video, Dietz shows how to recognize the inside pitch, the outside pitch, a fastball, and a change up and how to use this to create a constant swing. Having a constant swing will allow your hitter to use all fields and go with pitches. Also emphasized: teaching players to hit with their hands and proper stride length. This is a great hitting video!
